Cliff Witmyer, founder of Cliffhanger Productions, has been in the specialty entertainment field for nearly 30 years. A performer himself, Cliff’s credentials include producing musical acts such as Buddy Guy, Darryl Worley, Sara Evans, Roomful of Blues, the Rippingtons, Jesse McCartney, Jefferson Starship, Blue Oyster Cult, Twisted Sister, and Fountains of Wayne as well as musical groups of all types, from DJs to orchestras, to reggae and jazz. In addition, Cliffhanger Productions represents a variety of entertainers including female impersonators, tribute bands, celebrity lookalikes, costume characters and comedians including Rich Vos, Jeff Norris, Jeff Parami (The Fat Rat Bastard), and Uncle Floyd, all of which are part of Cliffhanger Production's comprehensive entertainment roster. We also represent celebrity performers Anthony “Elvis” Liguori with Bill Turner and the Blue Smoke Band and Courtney Searle who performs a fantastic portrayal of Hannah Montana!

As a clothing designer, Cliff Witmyer has designed for dozens of national acts, including Aerosmith, Iron Maiden and Bon Jovi, White Lion, Deep Purple, and Pat Benatar., Cliff created costumed characters mascot costumes for clients such as the New Jersey Nets, The Star Ledger, Tampa Bay Storm, Wizard Comics, King's Supermarket, and Johnson and Johnson. Cliffhanger has been the creative force behind French's popular "Mustard Man" and the Vlasic Stork, and New York’s premier and prestigious tourist attraction - the one and only King Kong.

In 1987, Cliff opened Fun Ghoul Costume Company, a full-service specialty theatrical costume source specializing in custom costumes, rare accessories, full theatrical makeup, prosthetics and special effects. Fun Ghoul's high-end rental department has over 5,000 theatrical and period costumes. Our costume company is open year round and is a great resource for schools, theatre companies, movie productions, and can meet all of your costume needs.
